Refund Policy

Tickets purchased at the session are Non Refundable.

Tickets purchased online are non-refundable, this is clearly stated before purchase and is included in our terms & conditions. If you have purchased a ticket in advance and would like to request a change in date please do contact us and we will do our best to amend your booking to an equivalent session depending on availability.

If you cancel on the day or after the session/event has taken place you are not eligible for a refund.

With proof of order/purchase, tickets can be transferred to a friend/family if you are unable to attend, but they will need to complete a waiver.

Stoppers Roller Rink is not liable for any reason, if the ticket holder turns up late for any reason and misses their session and Stoppers Roller Rink is not obliged to refund the ticket, or reallocate a new session time.

Lessons/Academy

 If you are unable to attend a lesson or academy session for any reason, your lesson will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Group Bookings

50 % non refundable deposit required upon booking and Refunds are not eligible if you cancel a group booking less than 7 days prior to the event.

Private Hire

No refunds are given if you cancel a private hire booking less than 14 days prior to the event.

Party cancellations

Parties require a minimum of 6 people with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance to be paid on day of party. If the number of guests is to be reduced on the day this will be taken into consideration on the remaining balance, however full balance will be due if the number in the party drops below the minimum of 6 guests. If you can’t make the party due to extreme circumstances and 7 days notice is provided or at the managers discretion an alternative date will be offered. If the number of guests increases, please provide at least 24hours notice.

Special events

Non refundable but tickets can be transferred with proof of purchase.
