party Terms & conditions

  • Minimum booking is for 6 people . 
  • For parties of 20+ guests please contact us to book.
  • If more than one birthday child per party, there will be an extra charge of £3 to cover the extra gift/s for the silver and gold package..
  • Included in your party package are 2 free Adults either skating or spectating (inc free skate hire)
  • Additional adult skaters £10 to inc free skate hire
  • Children that have not skated before or that are not confident must be accompanied by an adult skater
  • All other spectators are charged at £1pp
  • At the end of the party, parents collecting are asked to wait at reception.
  • Please bring your own birthday cake & candles 
  • Waivers must be completed prior to attending.
  • 50% non refundable deposit required when booking.
  • Balance to be paid on day of party. If number of guests is to be reduced on the day of party this will be taken in consideration on the remaining balance, however full balance will be due if the number of guests drops below the minimum of 6 guests. If you cant make the party due to extreme circumstances and 7 days notice is provided or at the managers discretion an alternative date will be offered. If you wish to add more guests please provide at least 24 hours notice.
